  • Derek Small

    Founder and CEO

    A graduate of the University of Windsor in economics, Derek founded a dynamic firm that is people first in focus and solution driven in practice. His experiences with architecting Human Capital Management systems formed the foundations for his vision of extending Human Information managed in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, JDE, SAP and others for the benefit of the organization as a whole. Seeing Human Information as key to the success of any business, Derek has helped guide Nulli to being a leading IM advisory and implementation organization.

  • Barb Gosling

    Managing Partner

    Barb brings over 20 years management experience to her role as Managing Partner. Barb plays a key role in the strategic direction of Nulli, as well as she is responsible for all the day-to day operations of the organization. Barb is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a M.Sc. in Management Science. Barb’s commitment to Nulli exemplifies our core values of Integrity, Knowledge and Partnership. Previous to joining Nulli, Barb spent 10 years at Shell Canada, most recently as Manager, Risk Management in the Supply and Trading organization.

  • Richard Deyholos

    VP Professional Services

    With over 20 years of IT consulting experience, Richard leads the Nulli team of professional Identity Solution Architects and works closely with our clients to ensure superior service delivery. He has expertise in business development, marketing, corporate strategies, team management, and project delivery. Richard is a graduate from the University of Calgary in Computer Science and has led many large-scale IT initiatives that have challenged the status-quo in terms of design, delivery, and cost efficiency. He is a proven relationship builder and leader in providing "second to none" services.
